At the moment we don’t know if it will be coming to Steam soon or not, but you can check out the trailer below.

I am air traffic controller 4 is available exclusively for PC.

Here’s how the developer describes it:

“About “I’m an Air Traffic Controller 4”
Since its release in 1998, this air traffic control game has established itself as a long seller, heavily supported by many users both inside and outside of the aviation fandom.
For the safety of aircraft flight, air traffic controllers play an essential role. We focus on the functions of these controllers in our game scenarios.

How to play
To complete the stages, a player must give instructions as a tower controller for safe and efficient aircraft flight. The operation is quite simple, just select an aircraft and click on the instruction buttons. However, as the situation continues to evolve according to the instructions issued and the timing, clearing the scene always requires precise and fair judgment. Even after the game is over, you can resume from the middle of the game replay.

Different stages available
In addition to the game stage of different game levels, the additional stage provides you with special conditions to liven up the game more. You can also select the time, wind direction and section you like for your own original scene.

If you’re unfamiliar with Technobrain, the studio also makes great airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator. They have already released Yao and are currently working on Osaka Kansai.
