HKIA Selects Plaza Premium Group to Provide Passenger Assistance Services

Managed by PPG’s AllWays brand, services include meet and assist, porter service, wheelchair and stroller service, assistance to unaccompanied minors or young passengers, administration (fax, photocopying and printing), booking and information, travel concierge, battery charging, limousine and door-to-door service, baggage pick-up and drop-off, and baggage wrapping.

Plaza Premium Group (PPG), the global airport hospitality service provider and gold sponsor of the upcoming FTE Global 2022 trade show (September 6-9, 2022), has announced that it will provide 17 passenger services at the international airport of Hong Kong (HKIA).

Managed by PPG’s AllWays brand, services include meet and assist, porter service, wheelchair and stroller service, assistance to unaccompanied minors or young passengers, administration (fax, photocopying and printing), booking and information, travel concierge, battery charging, limousine and door-to-door service, baggage pick-up and drop-off, and baggage wrapping.

All services will be made available through the AllWays website for passengers to book before arriving at HKIA. AllWays services will be hosted on PPG’s TECO ecosystem, a single platform that simplifies the booking process for commercial operators and consumers. It includes an omnichannel booking engine that enables worldwide sales and distribution, a customer engagement center with customer profiling and personalization capabilities, a service delivery platform for dispatch and management incidents in real time.

PPG also signed its first strategic partnership with ground handling specialist SATS HK Ltd in conjunction with AllWays.
